For the locations that need everything, from software and hardware to all available support, then SpaOne is here to help you every step of the way. For those locations that are more computer confident, have existing set-ups or want to be as budget conscious as possible, then each service offered by SpaOne is itemized. This way you only need to pay for what you personally need.

 

Initial database set up:                

SpaOne offers an additional support service where the initial data entry of location specific information such as your - client database*, staff details, room information, complete stock inventory and your Spa's personal service menu particulars can be set up by SpaOne personnel prior to your first login. Guaranteed to please the time poor end user, the Initial Data Base Set up will ensure that the first time you open SpaOne WebConnect you will be ready to go live with your new computerized system immediately. The price of an Initial Database Set Up via SpaOne personal is $550 +gst. Should you choose to install items personally and save your budget; SpaOne offers remote set-up support complimentary. (*Client database information needs to be available in Excel or Access format).

 

On-Site Training:                 

SpaOne's additional support service of on-site training offers you the choice of having SpaOne personnel conduct a 4 hour personal training session with your staff. The price of an on-site training package via SpaOne personal is $690 +gst. SpaOne offers an alternative training package of 4 hours remote training complimentary with each purchase of a WebConnect license.

 

Technical Support:                      

SpaOne offers complimentary technical support on SpaOne Software specific issues. Our technical support service includes complimentary helpdesk and email support during business hours.

 

Remote Access Log In:                  

An added bonus of SpaOne's unique support structure is our remote access log in service. Via an internet connection, we can securely tap into your computer and perform virtual support, just like we were right there in the room with you. This service is complimentary for all SpaOne Software specific issues.*

Additional Business Support:                  

Additional Business Support is priced at $45 +gst per 30 min session. For your personal operational issues where SpaOne's business support is requested, SpaOne will create a telephone conference with remote log in session for you. With SpaOne's additional business support service you receive one-on-one business advice. SpaOne's Additional Business Support service can cover a vast range of areas and will be tailored to your specific requests.
