SpaOne Software is all about supporting your individual budgets and requirements.

To access the SpaOne WebConnect system, you pay a one-off setup fee of $395 (inc GST) , and then a monthly subscription fee.

The monthly subscription fee is dependent on how many locations you have and how many computers you would like logged in at any one time.

You sign an initial 12 month contract, and then move on to a month-to-month basis after that.

If you contact SpaOne, we can give you an exact price based on the number of locations you have and the number of concurrent users you require.

 “Locations” are the individual spa’s or salons you oversee. If you run 2 salons, each with their own appointment book, then you will need a license that covers 2 locations.

“Concurrent Users” are the number of people you want to be logged into SpaOne WebConnect at one time. If you have a computer at your spa that is used all the time and would like to also access WebConnect from home at the same time, you will need a license that covers 2 concurrent users.

If you have multiple locations, as an administrator, you are able to switch between them easily from the main SpaOne WebConnect screen.

Please note: There is no limit to the number of staff, rooms, treatments etc, that you can add into SpaOne, the limits we are talking about here are just the number of computers logged in at any one time.

As a guide here are some pricing examples:

Single location with 1 computer logged in:                      $95 per month (inc GST)

Single location with 2-3 computers logged in:                $155 per month (inc GST)

2-3 locations with 2-3 computers logged in:                    $280 per month (inc GST)

2-3 locations with 4-6 computers logged in:                    $415 per month (inc GST)
