At SpaOne, it is all about supporting your individual budget & your requirements. We have a software system to suit you no matter how small to how large your operation is. We support multi-site global spa groups right through to single mobile operators. You are never too small for quality software & you will never outgrow SpaOne.
All of SpaOne's software options are unlimited to the number of staff, rooms & treatments you operate. no matter what option of SpaOne you choose, you are not limited to the amount of data you create.
SpaOne will operate on virtually any modern computer. So chances are you can run it from your exisiting computer set up. If you have existing hardware (computers, POS equipment etc) that is compatible then there is no need to purchase more equipment. We will assist you in utilising any existing equipment you have when operating SpaOne. Not tech savvy? Don't worry, we can supply you with an entire computerised set up including all POS (Point of Sale) equipment needs. Our technical staff are also happy to assist you in purchasing your own hardware, we will even talk to the sales guys at your local computer retailer for you when you are out shopping for your next computer device.
SpaOne has a range of software to suit all types of spas, salon & wellness studios. Choose between cloud based software or installed programs, the choice is yours. Our friendly staff are here to assist you in discovering the right software choice for you spa.

If you are a single location but want to harness the added benefits of remote access, mobile friendly technologies, cloud computing &working off-site, then SpaOne WebConnect is for you.
SpaOne WebConnect is accessed via monthly subscription. Subscription levels are based on the number of computers accessing SpaOne concurrently. There is no limit to the number of computers / number of staff accessing SpaOne simultaneously. If you have specific user numbers contact us for an itemised quote.
Entry level of SpaOne WebConnect starts at just $110/month. New clients pay a one off admin set up fee of $395.
Helpdesk, technical support, remote access support & future updates are all FREE with SpaOne Software. So there are no hidden fees or charges!

If installed software is what you are after, you can purchase our software outright via SpaOne pc. The software is then installed locally on your Windows based computer via a disc & security HASP key. SpaOne PC is great for locations that do not operate an internet connection. SpaOne PC is purchase via a one off price of $3500. A PC helpdesk & support package can be purchased for $395 per annum and includes unlimited helpdesk, technical & remote log in support.
SpaOne offers you the opportunity to utilise built in client communication tools such as email & SMS communication. Some SpaOne communication features are offered free of charge, others there is a charge per message. These services are optional & are not mandatory to operate SpaOne Software.

Point of Sale - only pay for what you need
Chances are you may have existing POS equipment already. Fantastic! We would always prefer you to utilise existing hardware than having to go out and purchase more. SpaOne's friendly technical support can assist you in checking the compatibility of your existing POS items.
If you require the entire POS set up or just one or two items, we can supply you with all the latest high quality, affordable equipment. During your demo with us, we will be happy help you create the right computerised set up for your individual needs. POS equipment is not mandatory when operating SpaOne, so you don't need to purchase them straight away. That said, they do make life a lot easier in a busy spa.
